◆ Provide a screenshot of the student's registration confirmation email.
◆ Please print and fill out the Authorization Form beforehand, then submit the hard copy at the counter.
◆ The proxy must also present their personal ID (National ID Card / Driver's License / Student ID / Resident Certificate / NHI Card).
